⚠️ Important Notice Before Resetting Your Scanner

Before performing a hard reset on your ScanSKU scanner, make sure to record your current settings directly on the device. Also take note of any apps you have installed, as a hard reset will erase all configurations and preferences. Once the reset is complete, these apps may need to be reinstalled and reprogrammed to restore functionality.

Steps to follow post hard reset

1. Connect to Wi‑Fi

   • On your device, go to Settings → Wi‑Fi.
   • Select your network name.

   • Enter the password and confirm you’re connected.

2. Create a Gmail Account for the Scanner
   • Open your internet browser and go to www.gmail.com.
   • Click Create account → For myself.

   • Enter a email address eg: printstockwhs@gmail.com.

   • Complete the setup by following the on‑screen prompts.

3. Update All Apps via the Play Store

• How to update your Android apps
  • Open the Google Play Store app.
  • Tap your profile icon (top right).
  • Select Manage apps & device.

  • Tap Update all to ensure everything is up to date.

Downloading your Webatar App

Open the Google Play Store (App Store if using iOS).

• Search for Webatar in your app store.
• Tap Install (or Get on iOS) to download and install the app.
